Jakob Lindberg (chitarrone)

Jakob Lindberg needs little introduction as one of the finest lutenists in the world today. Following his exquisite lute recitals for Cambridge Early Music in recent years, Jakob now plays the largest member of the lute family: the chitarrone. His recital includes music by three of the greatest composers for the solo chitarrone: Kapsperger, Piccinini and Castaldi. Tea will be served in the concert interval.
